ISCFD 2018

Welcome to the official website of the 2018 International Symposium on Computational Fluid Dynamics (ISCFD 2018).  ISCFD 2018 will be held in Taiyuan, China during June 16-17, 2018.


Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is the use of applied mathematics, physics and computational software to visualize how a gas or liquid flows -- as well as how the gas or liquid affects objects as it flows past. Computational fluid dynamics is based on the Navier-Stokes equations. These equations describe how the velocity, pressure, temperature, and density of a moving fluid are related.


The aim of ISCFD 2018 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians, as well as industrial professionals, to present their research results and development activities in CFD and related topics. It provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
